How do i get the caravan key?
Once you have paid in full you will be a key release form via the post. You will need to produce this form at the owners reception to get the key.

What time is checkin?
Normally after 2pm. However on ocassion via prior agreement it can sometimes be earlier.

I’m expecting to arrive late – is this a problem?
No. Details of how to get the key after normal times are covered on the key release form.

Do I have to pay extra for gas / electricity?
No – this is included in the price of your holiday.

Are entertainment passes included in the price?
I’m afraid not, but they can be bought at reception when collecting the key.

Do I have to buy entertainment passes?
Not at all – however there are some facilities that you will not be able to use / access on the park, such as the new show bar.

What days can my holiday start on?
This varies per van. Some have set days eg mondays or fridays. Others do not specify.

Is the price you quote the total price?
Yes, with the exception of the security deposit (normally £50). However this will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure as long as the caravan has been left clean and tidy and no damage or loss has ocurred.

When does the balance of payment for my holiday have to be made?
This is normally required within 4 weeks of your holiday start date.

How much are the passes?
The passes are priced per caravan, not per person. From 27th May to 27th August the passes are £46 for a 3 – 4 day stay or £69 for a 1 week stay. Outside of these dates the passes are £33 for a 3 – 4 day stay or £50 for a 1 week stay.
